Atmosphere was quite noisy at night due to traffic. Despite that, I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who were very accommodating. The clean bathroom was a highlight, even if the decor felt outdated.

We ran out of hat water and one room the heater didn't work

There was no hot water. So on the morning of checkout I didn't shave or shower, just got up and left. The front office was still locked up at 7:30 am so I couldn't turn in my key - just slid it through the door onto the floor.

I came here for 1 night and had a very comfortable stay. Everything was nice, including ACCOMMODATING staff and marvellous location to California. The atmosphere created was family. Had good sleep at the family room with the wifi working great.

Unexpected kindness from staff

The friendly staff made the check-in very quick, and I felt welcomed immediately. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the large tv were notable highlights of my stay.

There was some noise from the street at night, slightly difficult to sleep. It would have been nice if the internet was more reliable too.

It was a good stay on road trip. I liked good sized room with the wifi working great and the staff were very amiable and attentive.

We had a lovely family stay, enjoying the clean, spacious rooms with a comfy bed. Our kids loved the fun at Cove View Golf Course, a short drive away. The staff were friendly.

My kids wished there were more activities for them at the hotel.

The laminate floor was okay, but it could've been cleaner. Both times I stayed, the room was adequate, but looks like they just need to keep improving on the details. Definitely a budget-friendly option, though!

The hotel was little and cute. The room was extremely spacious. The location was marvelous, being close to the outlet. The wifi worked great. The room had a microwave and a fridge. I hope this helps! Let me know if you need any more assistance.
